Academic Medical Center (AMC)

Amsterdam, The Netherlands

The departments of Cardiology and Radiology of the AMC have considerable expertise in the field of cardiovascular MR imaging and echocardiography. Recent studies have yielded several theses on the topic of vascular MR imaging. Facilities description Two 1.5 T MRI scanners, one 3.0 T MRI scanner and one 1.0 T interventional MRI scanner, all equipped with high power gradient systems are available in our institution. Four VIVID 7 GE echo machines are available. 3D echo is available.
