The objectives of this work package are to manage and coordinate the FAD project, keep efforts focused on the long-term goals and manage contingency in case of problems and/or conflicts. The tasks’ definition have been improved over time by confrontation to real management issues experienced during the the management of other mega projects and are focused on:
