The first FAD training session entitled “Proteomics in aneurismal disease: from sampling to analysis” will take place on April 6th-April 10th, 2009 in Bichat Hospital (Paris, France).

This course, organised by Florence Pinet (INSERM, WP6 "training and dissemination" team leader) will have theoretical and practical sessions on the following topics:

 Sample preparation
 Quality controls
 Ethical issues
 Database
 Proteomic techniques
 Bioinformatic on proteomic analysis
